We strongly believe that your Personal Health Information Data (PHI) is private and only to be shared with whom you choose.

Our policy about your PHR data is simple:

CSI does not, at any time access your health data other than to display it on your phone or move it to a provider or repository as instructed by you. Your PHR Data is ONLY accessed by the CSI application in a readable form for you or your provider/doctor on your request.

The primary feature of this application is to allow the user to store their PHR data on their phone. We will not sell, mine, store, or provide any access to your personal data to anyone other than you or others that you provide access permission.

All of your PHR data is encypted and password protected to the extent of the US laws. We do not have access to your password for your safety. Please do not misplace it.
